Health & safety guidelines

Before your appointment

  • If a color service is being done, there is no need to wash your hair prior to the service.

  • If you have been swimming or in chlorine water please wash your hair prior to service.

  • Service add-ons are extra. we will discuss pricing before proceeding.

  • There is a strict no refund policy for this business.

  • Method of payments include credit, debit and Zelle.

  • There is a 15 minute grace period allotted. After 15 minutes, you forfeit your appointment and deposit and will not be refunded.

  • For repetitive tardiness a $25 late fee will be assed on your next appointment.

  • For same day cancellations, there is a $75 cancellation fee.

  • There is a $50 cancellation for any cancellations within 24 hours

During your appointment

  • Kindly maintain a respectful demeanor during your appointment.

  • If you are unsure of what you want, feel free to pull up inspiration pictures on your phone.

  • While I welcome you to bring your children, please ensure they are well-behaved and have entertainment with them.

  • I am candid with my assessments, so expect honest opinions if you seek them.

  • My primary objective is to guarantee your complete satisfaction with the service.
